Salary Range: ₦650,000 – ₦800,000 monthly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, capital structuring, and investment decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in capital raising, complex financial modeling, and investment analysis. You will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial sustainability and leading the strategy for large-scale business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and optimize the organization's capital structure.

• Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives to support expansion and operational goals.

• Conduct advanced financial modeling, valuations, and rigorous investment analysis for new projects.

• Oversee treasury operations and manage cash flow effectively to ensure liquidity and financial health.

• Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) evaluations, including due diligence and transaction execution.

• Provide high-level financial insights and recommendations to senior management to guide executive decision-making.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and international reporting standards.

• 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or related high-level financial roles.

• Strong, proven experience in capital raising, investment analysis, and complex financial modeling.

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, ICAN, or CPA are highly preferred.

• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work across all divisions.
