LNSC: Lagos neighbourhood safety corps opens recruitment

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps has commenced an online recruitment exercise for Neighbourhood Safety Officers across all local government areas of the state.



This was disclosed on the official website of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency, which published details of the position, requirements and application process, and obtained on Monday.

According to the agency, the recruitment is for Neighbourhood Safety Officer (Group B) positions and is open to applicants across all LGAs on a full-time basis.

“Join our community policing initiative to enhance safety and security at the grassroots level,” the notice on the website stated.

The agency listed the basic requirements for applicants, including a minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification and an age range of 18 to 30 years. Applicants are also required to be physically fit and possess a clean criminal record.

Outlining the application procedure, the LNSA stated, “Submit Application: Complete the online application form with required documents.”

It added that successful applicants would move to the next phase of the process. “Assessment: Participate in screening tests and interviews as required,” the agency said

The final stage of the process, according to the website, is onboarding. “Join LNSA: Complete onboarding and begin your career with us,” the statement read.

Interested applicants are required to apply through the agency’s official recruitment portal and ensure that all submitted information is accurate and complete.
